Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups cashews
- 1 1/2 cups dried apricots
- 1/2 dessicated coconut (extra for coating)
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder or grated ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamon powder
- zest of one orange
- pinch sea salt
Method
- Combine all ingredients in food processor and mix well
- Roll into balls and coat with extra coconut
- Chill for an hour before consuming
- For best results store in fridge
