Ingredients:
- 1 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 4 medjool dates
- 1 cup sultanas
- zest and juice of one orange
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1/4 cup dessicated coconut (little extra for coating)
Method
- Chop or ideally combine all ingredients in food processor. Mix until well combined
- Rolls into balls and coat with extra coconut
- Chill for an hour before consuming
- For best results store in fridge
