Do I Really Need to Detox?

Detox has been a buzz word in the health arena for some time. How do you know whether this kind of support is what you need?

It’s not always appropriate or the ideal approach, as some people need building up, or having their body supported in other ways to return balance. If your symptoms are from a nutrient deficiency or organ imbalance, detox may not be recommended. Nicole can assess whether detox is a top priority or not during a consultation.

These are some common symptoms that could indicate a need for detox
