Detox has been a buzz word in the health arena for some time. It’s not always appropriate though, as some people need building up, or having their body supported in other ways to return balance. These are some common symptoms that could indicate a need for detox but Nicole can assess you individually during your consultation.

  • Headaches/Migraines
  • Gut complaints
  • Hormonal complaints such as PMS, period pain, heavy menstrual bleeding, fluid retention, mood changes
  • Skin conditions including acne, eczema/dermatitis, boil, cysts, psoriasis
  • Inflammation
  • Poor sleep especially issue falling asleep and waking regularly between 11pm-3am
  • Difficulty losing weight
