Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/3 cup honey or agave
- 3/4 cup peanut butter (or other nut butter)
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 3/4 cup sesame seeds
- 3/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup dessicated coconut (an extra for coating)
- 1/4 cup raisins or cranberries
Method
- Combine first four ingredients in a food processor and mix together
- Add remaining ingredients and combine
- Roll into balls and coat in extra coconut
- Chill for an hour before consuming
- For best results store in fridge
