Nut and Seed Power Balls

Time: 5-10 minutes prep   Makes:  2 dozen  Difficulty: Easy

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/3 cup honey or agave
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter (or other nut butter)
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 3/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 3/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup dessicated coconut (an extra for coating)
  • 1/4 cup raisins or cranberries

Method

  • Combine first four ingredients in a food processor and mix together
  • Add remaining ingredients and combine
  • Roll into balls and coat in extra coconut
  • Chill for an hour before consuming
  • For best results store in fridge
